Meet Aryn 

Aryn A. Frazier

Aryn A. Frazier is a Knight-Hennessy and Rhodes Scholar from Silver Spring, Maryland. She is currently completing her Masters in Comparative and International Education at the University of Oxford, and in the fall will begin work on her J.D. at Stanford Law School. Last year, while finishing her Masters in U.S. History, Aryn served as the Deputy Campaign Manager and Chief of Staff on the Krish for Maryland gubernatorial campaign. In addition, she has worked in strategy, policy, communications, finance, and organizing for political campaigns in Maryland, Virginia, and Georgia. Aryn has been published in the New York Times, the Washington Post, Teen Vogue, and various other publications, and has academic specialty in American racial justice movements, increasing civic engagement, and the role of juries in furthering American democracy. She got her start in this work as a racial justice student organizer in Charlottesville at the University of Virginia, where she received her B.A. with Honors in Politics and African American and African Studies as a Jefferson Scholar. In her spare time, Aryn enjoys reading, writing, playing her guitar, binge watching unrealistic television dramas, and making other people laugh.
