Work Experience

Political Campaigns

Aryn served as the Deputy Campaign Manager and Chief of Staff on the Krish for Maryland Governor campaign for the final six weeks of the 2018 primary season. Krish tied for third in a crowded field of nine, in which she was the only woman, on an all women of color ticket. Aryn got her first taste of campaigns came from phone banking for President Obama's 2012 re-election campaign. Following this experience, she worked on winning Attorneys General races in Maryland and Virginia, as a Fellow on the Hillary for America campaign, and on a primary-winning statewide race in Georgia. 

Strategic Communications

Aryn has interned with BerlinRosen in Manhattan as a New York Regional Public Affairs Intern. In this role, Aryn wrote and edited press releases, press advisories, and op-eds. She also conducted in-depth client research on both public and private-centered projects. In addition to these tasks, Aryn regularly made pitch calls, built press lists, and clipped media moments relevant to clients. Aryn has also interned with the American Advertising Federation, where she has written and edited speeches, op-eds, and co-authored the 2016 White Paper, "Reality TV: Entertaining, But No Laughing Matter."

Law

During the summer of 2015, Aryn interned with Temple Law Offices in Washington, D.C. In her role, she created trial books, researched cases, edited direct and cross-examinations, and observed trials and depositions. Eventually, Aryn plans to pursue a law degree with a focus on constitutional law.
